This is Hatsukame's signature Junmai Daiginjo, a treasured sake. This "Kame" was brewed by a dedicated sake brewer to hone his skills, and was never intended for sale, remaining a closely guarded secret. It was aged at -7°C for three years. With a delicate flavor and a delicious-like aroma, it is truly a masterpiece worthy of being called a work of art.

Producer/Brewery ( Shizuoka Prefecture/Hatsukame Brewery )

Founded in 1636 (Kan'ei 13), this is the oldest sake brewery in Shizuoka Prefecture, located in Fujieda City. It was one of the first breweries in the country to start making ginjo sake, and in 1967 (Showa 42), it won first place in three major sake tasting competitions, instantly making it famous nationwide.
