麹米を60％、掛米を65%で精米し、もろみも低温仕込みなど丁寧に醸した後、自社蒸留の醸造アルコールを添加した本醸造（火入れ）。蓬莱泉の中で最もリーズナブルなお酒です。飽きのこない旨口タイプで、お燗にもピッタリです。
