This is Horaisen's standard sake. It is a special pure rice sake with a subtle aroma, low acidity, and a clean finish.
It can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures, but we especially recommend drinking it at room temperature or lukewarm.
The words on the label are taken from a passage by Kan Sazan, a Chinese poet from the Edo period, and the sake name is taken from the closing line on the label: "I should write this to you, gentlemen."
