「Triple7」という名前は、幸運や縁起の良い数字として親しまれる777をイメージし命名され、「開運」というブランド名も相まって縁起の良いシリーズ。「山田錦」「愛山」「春陽」の3種の米違いで同時発売されました。

この商品は、ジューシーで独特の甘みがあり、酒米のダイヤモンドとも言われることもある、希少な兵庫県産「愛山」を扁平精米65%で精米し、静岡酵母で醸した純米酒（火入れ）です。滑らかな口当たり、柔らかでふくらみのある旨味、愛山ならではの上品な甘み、やさしくコクのある余韻を楽しめる味わいです。

Producer/Brewery ( Shizuoka Prefecture / Doi Brewery (Good Luck) )

This brewery was founded in 1872 in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Led by the master brewer Masayoshi Hase, who was hailed as one of the four great master brewers of Noto, the brewery has been highly praised for its early involvement in ginjo sake, with initiatives such as reviewing everything from the selection of sake rice to sake brewing equipment and production methods.
