This unfiltered, cloudy sake is made from a Junmai Ginjo brewed with 58% polished Akebono rice, produced as Satoumimai rice (a type of rice grown in the Satoumi Sea) using oyster shells, a specialty of Okayama Prefecture, and bottled using only the middle portion. It has the smooth texture and refreshing sweetness typical of unfiltered, cloudy sake, but it also has a crisp finish and a sparkling finish, giving it a clean, crisp taste.
*Be careful of bubbles! This is a lively nigori sake, so please open it slowly to release the gas.

This brewery, located in Asakuchi City, Okayama Prefecture, was founded in 1913. They use the latest rice washing machines to thoroughly remove the bran from rice grown in Okayama Prefecture, then carefully soak it and carefully make koji. They also use a thorough air conditioning management system and air purifiers to maintain the temperature inside the brewery at around 5°C during brewing, creating an environment that promotes stable fermentation.
