This unfiltered Junmai Ginjo sake was brewed in the summer and offers the freshness of a freshly squeezed sake that is usually only available in the winter. The fruity flavor created by Princess Michiko yeast (Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology rose yeast PM-1) is complemented by the beautiful sweetness that is unique to Kamishin Brewery, resulting in a unique fruity flavor.
Additionally, when preparing this product, all the brewers wear aloha shirts, which is why the brewery calls this the "Aloha Method."
