フランス語の「Peche」（桃）と「～Line」（女性）を掛け合わせ、名付けられた「ペシュリーヌ」。岡山県の特産品である「岡山白桃」の皮から分離した「岡山白桃酵母」を使用し醸した、純米のしぼりたての生原酒です。まさに桃を思わせるような綺麗な甘みと瑞々しさが楽しい味わいです。

Producer/Brewery ( Okayama Prefecture / Kami Kokoro Brewery (Kami Kokoro) )

This brewery, located in Asakuchi City, Okayama Prefecture, was founded in 1913. They use the latest rice washing machines to thoroughly remove the bran from rice grown in Okayama Prefecture, then carefully soak it and carefully make koji. They also use a thorough air conditioning management system and air purifiers to maintain the temperature inside the brewery at around 5°C during brewing, creating an environment that promotes stable fermentation.
