This classic ginjo sake is made from Gohyakumangoku rice grown in Fukui Prefecture, polished to 55%. Starting in April 2025, the name was renewed from the traditional "ginjo" to "Icchorai Ginjo," which means "your best dress" in the Fukui dialect.
It has a pleasant ginjo aroma and a mild flavor. It is especially recommended as a chilled sake.
