不定期で発売される樽熟成シリーズ。この商品は「春陽」を使用し醸したマスカットのような香りを持つ「ハルジオン」を火入れし、原料の一部に「マスカット・オブ・アレキサンドリア」を使用する等、相性の良い「モスカテル」(スペイン/アンダルシア地方で造られる酒精強化ワインで、遅摘みや天日干しによって糖度を高めた原料ぶどうを使用した極甘口のシェリー酒)の樽で8か月熟成。5月に瓶詰め後、更に秋まで氷温で熟成させています。

穏やかな立ち香、マスカットのような含み香を感じつつ、樽由来のバニラ香が良い具合に融合し、心地よい酸味と渋味を伴いながらすっと切れていく味わいです。

Producer/Brewery ( Saga Prefecture/Koei Kiku Brewery )
This brewery, located in Ogi City, Saga Prefecture, was founded in 1871 (Meiji 4). In 2006, it closed its doors after a long history of 135 years, but under a new management structure led by a director who had worked on famous TV programs, it overcame difficult hurdles such as securing a brewery for production and obtaining a sake production license, and with the addition of Yamamoto, the spirited master brewer of Aichi Prefecture's "Kikutaka," it began selling its sake in December 2019. It quickly became a popular brewery.
