麹米に山田錦（米量の20%）、掛米に希少な愛山（〃 80%）を使用し40%精米で醸した純米大吟醸で、上槽後すぐに、なるべく空気に触れないよう瓶に直接注入（直汲み）した生酒です。
上質で爽やかな香り、愛山と山田錦が調和し米の旨味や甘みがきれいに舌を流れ、ピチピチとしたガス感が心地良いフレッシュな味わいです。

Producer/Brewery ( Gifu Prefecture / Nakajima Brewery (Kozaemon) )

This brewery is located in Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture, and was founded in 1702. Its flagship brand, "Kozaemon," named after the founder, has been on the market since 2000.

In 2002, the company began contracting rice cultivation in its local Mizunami area, and since 2004 has been working with all of its brewers as employees, promoting sake brewing rooted in the local community.
