岡山県産「雄町」を55%精米で醸した純米吟醸の、夏向けの生酒です。通常（表）の夏吟は「出羽燦燦」を使用していますが、この裏バージョンでは「雄町」を使用し、かつ生酒仕様になっています。

やや穏やかなライチやパイナップルのような立ち香、口に含むとパッションフルーツのようなニュアンスも感じながら、雄町らしいジューシーな旨味を感じながらも淡麗甘口タイプの味わいです。

Producer/Brewery ( Gifu Prefecture / Nakajima Brewery (Kozaemon) )

This brewery is located in Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture, and was founded in 1702. Its flagship brand, "Kozaemon," named after the founder, has been on the market since 2000.

In 2002, the company began contracting rice cultivation in its local Mizunami area, and since 2004 has been working with all of its brewers as employees, promoting sake brewing rooted in the local community.
