「八反35号」を60%精米し醸した純米吟醸の、しぼりたて生酒です。しぼりたての風味を最大限に生かすため、当蔵独自のパイルドライバーというポンプを使わず、無加圧、重力のみで充填することにより、よりフレッシュでピチピチとした舌触りが楽しめます。
パイルドライバーは、この無化圧で重力のみで充填する様がプロレス技を連想することから命名されました。

Producer/Brewery ( Gifu Prefecture / Nakajima Brewery (Kozaemon) )

This brewery is located in Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture, and was founded in 1702. Its flagship brand, "Kozaemon," named after the founder, has been on the market since 2000.

In 2002, the company began contracting rice cultivation in its local Mizunami area, and since 2004 has been working with all of its brewers as employees, promoting sake brewing rooted in the local community.
