秋に向け2026年新発売された商品。岡山県産「雄町」を55%精米し醸した純米吟醸（火入れ）を蔵内で一定期間低温熟成し出荷。「雄町」ならではの奥深い豊かな旨味、 滑らかな舌触り、スッキリとキレる余韻。冷酒でスッキリと、またお燗でふっくらとしたした味わいを楽しめます。

商品名とラベルは、蔵のある岐阜県瑞浪市を象徴する屏風山から見た景色を描いた「あおい」、空と夕暮れに染まる「あかね」色を表現しています。

Producer/Brewery ( Gifu Prefecture / Nakajima Brewery (Kozaemon) )

This brewery is located in Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture, and was founded in 1702. Its flagship brand, "Kozaemon," named after the founder, has been on the market since 2000.

In 2002, the company began contracting rice cultivation in its local Mizunami area, and since 2004 has been working with all of its brewers as employees, promoting sake brewing rooted in the local community.
