BAR Yoko is located in a mountain hut at the foot of Mt. Chokai. It opens only on weekends when fresh yogurt is available, but is closed most weekends. The rich and smooth yogurt liquor, made with plenty of Jersey yogurt, is sure to captivate anyone who tries it once. (Although customers may be looking for Yoko) No one knows Yoko's true identity.

This product is a rich liqueur made only from ripe, bright red plums. It uses only the juice of ripe, domestically grown plums, which have a strong fruity flavor and elegant acidity.

Producer/Brewery ( Yamagata Prefecture/Tatenokawa Sake Brewery )

This brewery was founded in 1832 and is located in Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture. All of the sake they brew is Junmai Daiginjo. Their management vision is to "become a comprehensive alcoholic beverage company that pursues quality sake brewing, seizes trends, creates high-value-added products, and spreads MADE IN JAPAN to the world," and they are not limited to sake, but are also focusing on liqueurs and fruit wines.
