This drink is made using pesticide-free blueberries grown on the plateau at the foot of Mt. Chausu in Toyone Village, Aichi Prefecture. The large, juicy blueberries are steeped in homemade shochu. We recommend drinking it well chilled on the rocks.

Founded in 1864, this brewery in Shitara-cho, Aichi Prefecture, aims to flexibly explore the possibilities of sake and produce high-quality sake. They proactively introduce machinery to streamline labor-intensive processes in order to preserve traditional sake brewing techniques for the future, mechanize processes to ensure careful attention to detail in manual work, and strive to utilize the detailed data they collect to produce the next batch of sake.
