This luxurious liqueur is made with the juice of Sato Nishiki and Benishuho cherries, premium fruits that Yamagata Prefecture is proud of nationwide, and the rich juice of Kawanakajima white peaches, a Tendo specialty. The rich, sweet fruitiness of the peaches is complemented by the tartness and aroma of the cherries. As this is a rich liqueur, we recommend drinking it well chilled on the rocks or with soda.

Producer/Brewery ( Yamagata Prefecture/Tatenokawa Sake Brewery )

This brewery was founded in 1832 and is located in Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture. All of the sake they brew is Junmai Daiginjo. Their management vision is to "become a comprehensive alcoholic beverage company that pursues quality sake brewing, seizes trends, creates high-value-added products, and spreads MADE IN JAPAN to the world," and they are not limited to sake, but are also focusing on liqueurs and fruit wines.
