This liqueur, made with approximately 49% ripe, bright red plums from Nakayama Town, has a refined acidity and is not too sweet, making it a perfect match for meals. The robust fruitiness and strong plum aroma give this Japanese liqueur a presence and level of perfection that rivals that of plum wine.

Producer/Brewery ( Yamagata Prefecture/Tatenokawa Sake Brewery )

This brewery was founded in 1832 and is located in Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture. All of the sake they brew is Junmai Daiginjo. Their management vision is to "become a comprehensive alcoholic beverage company that pursues quality sake brewing, seizes trends, creates high-value-added products, and spreads MADE IN JAPAN to the world," and they are not limited to sake, but are also focusing on liqueurs and fruit wines.
