Producer/Brewery ( Ibaraki Prefecture/Rifuku Brewery )

This brewery, located in Chikusei City, Ibaraki Prefecture, was founded in 1716. Since 2006, they have switched from brewing sake by Echigo Toji to brewery Toji. They are also focusing on sake made using various flower yeasts that Tokyo University of Agriculture has successfully isolated from natural flowers.
