Senkin Retro Ichishiki Pasteurized Sake (Reiwa 6 Brewing Year)

Senkin Retro Ichishiki Pasteurized Sake (Reiwa 6 Brewing Year)

栃木県/せんきん

The concept is "Returning to Edo, believing in tomorrow as seen from Edo, and the dawn of a new era." This sake is made using Omachi rice from Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture, and is made using the kimoto method. Retro means "going back to the past, fondly remembering and loving the good old things," and the sweet and sour, gentle flavor reminds us of Senkin from 20 years ago.
This "Retro Ichishiki" is the pasteurized version of two types of sake that will be released sequentially using the same brewing method. (Zero-shiki = unpasteurized sake, Ichishiki = pasteurized sake)
