創業当時より造られ地元で飲まれ続けている、白麹で仕込み、常圧蒸留された当蔵を代表する芋焼酎。度数35度バージョンです。
蒸した穀物の香りや香ばしさがあり、しっかりとした旨味と甘みのバランスが優れています。原料由来の鹿児島らしい力強さと、酵母由来の宮崎らしい優しいアロマは、蔵がある県境の串間を感じる酒質です。
ロックや水割りでは甘みと爽やかさが際立ち、お湯割りでは力強い風味が広がります。醤油や味噌と砂糖を使った甘辛い料理と相性の良い一品です。

Producer/Brewery ( Miyazaki Prefecture/Shoro Sake Brewery )

Founded in 1928, Shochu Brewery is located in Kushima City, the southernmost tip of Miyazaki Prefecture. Based on the concept of "something you can drink anytime," they avoid expressing strong aromas and other distinctive characteristics in the quality of their sake, and instead place importance on creating a gentle, mellow flavor that you won't tire of. Furthermore, Shochu Brewery ages almost all of the brands they sell for over three years.

Recently, while maintaining traditional brewing methods, they have been experimenting with various ingredients, such as potato varieties and koji.
