This "Autumn-Agari" sake is made from Junmai Ginjo sake brewed with Yamadanishiki rice and Shizuoka yeast, which is then pasteurized after being aged and then further aged at low temperatures. It has a gorgeous aroma and clear flavor, with the rounded richness and umami that only autumn-aged sake can offer.
