Producer/Brewery ( Ishikawa Prefecture/Munegen Sake Brewery )

Founded in 1768, this brewery is located in Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture. It is the oldest sake brewery in Oku-Noto and is said to be the birthplace of the Noto Toji, one of Japan's four greatest Toji. They have succeeded in producing high-quality Ginjo sake with a fruity and delicate flavor, and continue to challenge themselves with new forms of sake brewing while learning from the traditional "Noto style" of sake brewing.
