高知県の山間部で栽培された「吟の夢」100%使用、65%精米し醸した純米吟醸の、うすにごり生酒です。季節限定。
商品名にある「薄氷（うすらい）」とは、春浅い頃の薄く張った氷のこと。この薄氷の様に一足先に春を感じさせてくれる、ほんのり霞がかっています。穏やかな柑橘系の果実の香り、爽やかでフレッシュな味わいを楽しめます。

Producer/Brewery ( Kochi Prefecture / Senzu Brewery (Tosa Shiragiku) )

This brewery was founded in 1903 and is located in Geisei Village, Aki District, Kochi Prefecture.

We hope that people who don't normally drink sake and the next generation of young people will become more aware of the appeal of sake, so we have adopted the concept of "fresh and juicy" in our sake brewing and are pursuing "pleasant ease of drinking."
