This is an unfiltered, pasteurized version of a pure rice sake made with Okayama Prefecture's Omachi rice, polished to 70%. Brewed in 2018, the sake has been aged in tanks for approximately five years.
It has a refreshing aroma of ripe grapes and citrus fruits, a mellow yet robust flavor with a well-balanced acidity, and a crisp taste.It can also be enjoyed as a drink with meals.
