自社栽培「美山錦」を55%精米し醸した特別純米を無濾過で加水、火入れ処理。2022年醸造年度に仕込んだ後、蔵内タンクで3～4年熟成後、2026年秋に瓶詰めし出荷されています。
やさしいお米の旨味とふくらみとしっかりとした酸が、熟成によって一層深みを増しながら複雑にバランスした味わいです。
