岩手県産「亀の尾」を60％精米し醸した生酛純米で、上槽後に無濾過のまま直汲みした生原酒です。2024年醸造年度に醸したお酒をタンクで約1年以上熟成させた後、出荷されています。
独特の酸が、雄町や山田錦ほどコクが立っていないことにより、前面に出て、白ワイン風にも感じる味わいです。夏の時期にも特にお勧めです。
