岩手県産「亀の尾」を60％精米し醸した純米で、上槽・熟成後に無濾過のまま直汲みした生原酒です。2020年醸造年度に醸したお酒をタンクで約5～6年熟成させた後、瓶詰めし出荷されています。
独特の酸が、雄町や山田錦ほどコクが立っていないことにより、前面に出て、白ワイン風にも感じる味わいです。
