This is an active nigori sake. It has a fruity aroma reminiscent of banana, a rich umami flavor from the abundant sediment, and a refreshing gassy feel. After enjoying it as is, we recommend drinking it on the rocks or with soda. Warming it up is also a great experience.

Producer/Brewery ( Ibaraki Prefecture/Rifuku Brewery )

This brewery, located in Chikusei City, Ibaraki Prefecture, was founded in 1716. Since 2006, they have switched from brewing sake by Echigo Toji to brewery Toji. They are also focusing on sake made using various flower yeasts that Tokyo University of Agriculture has successfully isolated from natural flowers.
