Producer/Brewery ( Miyagi Prefecture / Niizawa Brewery (Hakurakusei, Atago no Matsu) )

Founded in 1873, this brewery is located in Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. They aim to create the ultimate sake to accompany meals, with a low sugar content to bring out the flavor of the food, making it easy to drink without creating a strong impact. It was against this backdrop that Hakurakusei was born in 2002.

We use the latest technology, such as the high-precision "diamond roll rice polisher" and the "flat rice polisher" that can efficiently remove impurities, as well as a strict quality control system that includes low-temperature management at -5°C and thorough sensory testing training, to produce sake.
