この商品は、旧蔵で酒造りをしていた時代、本醸造の仕込みタンクの中で、とても良い品質ばかりが出来上がるタンクが六三号タンクで、このタンクで仕込んだお酒を「別仕込」として発売されたのが始まり（そのため、ラベルの帯にも六三号と記載）。現在の新たな蔵では、別仕込本醸造として、選抜した品質の良いものが詰められています。
バナナのような穏やかな含み香があり、キレ味抜群の本醸造。口中をリセットし、次のお料理を引き立たせる酒質で、通常の「本醸造」よりも進化した味わいを感じられます。

Producer/Brewery ( Miyagi Prefecture / Niizawa Brewery (Hakurakusei, Atago no Matsu) )

Founded in 1873, this brewery is located in Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. They aim to create the ultimate sake to accompany meals, with a low sugar content to bring out the flavor of the food, making it easy to drink without creating a strong impact. It was against this backdrop that Hakurakusei was born in 2002.

We use the latest technology, such as the high-precision "diamond roll rice polisher" and the "flat rice polisher" that can efficiently remove impurities, as well as a strict quality control system that includes low-temperature management at -5°C and thorough sensory testing training, to produce sake.
