上槽したお酒を無濾過無加水ででタンクより直に汲み、そのまま出荷するお酒で、幅のある旨味、タイトでドライな酒質に生のフレッシュ感が包み込んでいます。
米違いで「八反錦」と「五百万石」の2種同時に発売され、この商品は「八反錦（60%精米）」バージョンです。米の旨みや甘みと酸とのバランスが良い、まとまり感のある酒質を楽しめます。

Producer/Brewery ( Aichi Prefecture/Chochin Sake Brewery )

This brewery was founded in the late Edo period in Tsushima City, Aichi Prefecture. The name "Chochin" was chosen by the previous generation with the aim of brewing a rare yet delicious sake that would be loved for a long time and highly valued throughout the ages. The popular product is the limited edition "Newspaper Series," which is wrapped in newspaper to protect sake from light, which is the enemy of sake.
