年1回限定で発売される、しんぶんしシリーズ_山田錦50%精米で醸した純米吟醸で、上槽受入タンクの上澄み部分を直汲みし瓶詰めした、とても贅沢な無濾過生原酒です。新聞紙シリーズの中でも山田錦で醸す優等生的な味わいが感じられ、特にお勧めのお酒です。
また、旨味と酸のバランスがとても良いため、3年程度熟成をさせると適度なフレッシュ感と熟成ならではの味わいの変化を楽しめそうです。

Producer/Brewery ( Aichi Prefecture/Chochin Sake Brewery )

This brewery was founded in the late Edo period in Tsushima City, Aichi Prefecture. The name "Chochin" was chosen by the previous generation with the aim of brewing a rare yet delicious sake that would be loved for a long time and highly valued throughout the ages. The popular product is the limited edition "Newspaper Series," which is wrapped in newspaper to protect sake from light, which is the enemy of sake.
