広島県産八反錦を50%精米し醸した純米吟醸の、上槽後に直汲みした無濾過生原酒。新聞紙シリーズ後半秋以降に発売される直汲みシリーズ。春に搾ったお酒を直詰、半年以上熟成後の発売。数年間は十分耐えうるしっかりとしたボディの生酒です。
シャープな味わい、バジルやイタリアンパセリ等の香草の余韻が感じられる香りを楽しめるお酒です。

Producer/Brewery ( Aichi Prefecture/Chochin Sake Brewery )

This brewery was founded in the late Edo period in Tsushima City, Aichi Prefecture. The name "Chochin" was chosen by the previous generation with the aim of brewing a rare yet delicious sake that would be loved for a long time and highly valued throughout the ages. The popular product is the limited edition "Newspaper Series," which is wrapped in newspaper to protect sake from light, which is the enemy of sake.
