兵庫県産山田錦を麹米55%、掛米55%で精米し醸した純米吟醸の、上槽後に直汲みした、うすにごり生酒です。
日本酒度+9.5と適度なふくらみを感じつつ、甘みを抑えたシャープな味わいです。食中酒として合わせやすく、また常温やぬる燗等により、味わいが広がり、異なる個性を楽しめます。

This brewery was founded in the late Edo period in Tsushima City, Aichi Prefecture. The name "Chochin" was chosen by the previous generation with the aim of brewing a rare yet delicious sake that would be loved for a long time and highly valued throughout the ages. The popular product is the limited edition "Newspaper Series," which is wrapped in newspaper to protect sake from light, which is the enemy of sake.
