This unfiltered sake is made from pure rice made with Yamadanishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 70% and brewed using the Yamahai method, and is drawn directly from the tank after fermentation. It has the complex umami and acidity typical of Yamahai brewing, and is also a nama-genshu, making it a well-balanced and satisfying drink. It can be enjoyed both chilled and warmed.
