This is the Nama-Kumi series, released in the latter half of the Newspaper Series, from autumn onwards. The sake is pressed in spring and bottled directly, aged for over six months before being released. It's a robust, unpasteurized sake with a body that will hold up well for several years. Enjoy the sharp flavor of Hattan Nishiki rice from Hiroshima Prefecture and the lingering aroma of herbs like basil and Italian parsley.
