国産米を60%精米し静岡酵母で醸した純米吟醸（1回火入れ）で、春先に搾った酒を瓶詰め急冷後、通常の貯蔵庫より温度が少し高めの冷蔵貯蔵庫でゆっくりと瓶熟成させています。

穏やかな吟醸香、やわらかで口当たりの良い食中酒タイプの味わいです。冷酒からお燗まで幅広い温度帯で楽しめます。

Producer/Brewery ( Shizuoka Prefecture/Eikun Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. )

This brewery, located in Yui, Shimizu Ward, Shizuoka City, was founded in 1881. The Treaty of Amity and Commerce between Japan and the UK was signed in the same year the brewery was founded, so the sake was named "Eikin" after the wise Tokugawa lord.

In brewing, we use Shizuoka yeast for all of our products, creating sake with a gentle taste and aroma that you will never tire of drinking with meals.
