兵庫県東条産特A地区「山田錦」を60%精米し醸した純米・生原酒です。定番商品の3年熟成させた純米「縁（えにし）」の新酒、無濾過・生原酒ともいえる商品です。旨味や甘み等の米感のしっかりした酒質を新酒ならではのフレッシュさが包み込む味わい。「縁」等の熟成させた円熟のうまさが人気の義侠ですが、それとは対極の味わいを楽しめます。

Located in Aisai City, Aichi Prefecture, this brewery was founded in the mid-Edo period. They aim to brew delicious sake by maximizing the power of the finest sake rice, such as Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Tojo Town, Kato City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is designated as a Special A area, and Gohyakumangoku rice grown in Nanto, Toyama Prefecture.
