富山県なんと農協産「五百万石」を60%精米し醸した純米生原酒の、滓がらみの新酒です。義侠といえば山田錦のイメージですが、義侠から当該醸造年度として最初に発売されるお酒です。爽やかな酸、五百万石ならではのキレとほのかな苦味を余韻に感じるバランスの良い味わいです。

Located in Aisai City, Aichi Prefecture, this brewery was founded in the mid-Edo period. They aim to brew delicious sake by maximizing the power of the finest sake rice, such as Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Tojo Town, Kato City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is designated as a Special A area, and Gohyakumangoku rice grown in Nanto, Toyama Prefecture.
