Gikyo Junmai Genshu 50% Unfiltered Raw

This Junmai sake has been upgraded in recent years by changing to a 750K brewing method. Yamadanishiki premium rice is polished to 50%, and the brewing method is similar to that of 60% polished Junmai sake, resulting in a sake with a strong rice flavor.
It ages well and is also recommended when served warm. When drinking new sake, we recommend not chilling it too much, but rather returning it to normal temperature, which will allow the rice's flavor to fully emerge.
