Located in Aisai City, Aichi Prefecture, this brewery was founded in the mid-Edo period. They aim to brew delicious sake by maximizing the power of the finest sake rice, such as Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Tojo Town, Kato City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is designated as a Special A area, and Gohyakumangoku rice grown in Nanto, Toyama Prefecture.
