義侠の定番スタイルである兵庫県東条産特A地区「山田錦」を50%精米し9号酵母で醸した純米吟醸の中で、仕込みスタイルを変えることで、白麹等を用いずに「酸味」にフォーカスした、新たな可能性に挑戦した試験的なお酒（火入れ）です。
ラベルには、「義侠」の表示はなく、日本の原風景である「たわわに実った稲穂」が描かれています。

Located in Aisai City, Aichi Prefecture, this brewery was founded in the mid-Edo period. They aim to brew delicious sake by maximizing the power of the finest sake rice, such as Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Tojo Town, Kato City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is designated as a Special A area, and Gohyakumangoku rice grown in Nanto, Toyama Prefecture.
