仏ワインの格付け「グランクリュ」に相当する良質な酒米産地として指定される「特A地区」のひとつ、兵庫県加東市東条地区。このエリアに圃場を構え、長年親子で酒米づくりに情熱を燃やす「田尻農園」による最高品質の「山田錦」を40%精米し静岡酵母で醸した最高級の純米大吟醸（火入れ）です。
複雑で甘い香り、米の甘みがしっかり感じられつつ、綺麗な酸が締め、すっきり切れる飲み口です。推奨飲用温度帯：8℃～15℃。同時発売の「愛山」との飲み比べも一興です。また蔵元から年度（ヴィンテージ）による違いに着目し、お楽しみ頂くことも推奨されています。

Producer/Brewery ( Shizuoka Prefecture/Hatsukame Brewery )

Founded in 1636 (Kan'ei 13), this is the oldest sake brewery in Shizuoka Prefecture, located in Fujieda City. It was one of the first breweries in the country to start making ginjo sake, and in 1967 (Showa 42), it won first place in three major sake tasting competitions, instantly making it famous nationwide.
