兵庫県東条産「山田錦」100%使用し、麹米55%、掛米60%精米し醸した定番の純米吟醸（火入れ）です。
非常に滑らかな口当たり、控えめな酸味と旨味のバランスが良い味わいです。華美な印象はなく、静かな品格を備えたクラシックな味わいは、かつお節をはじめとする削り節から引いた出汁や淡泊な白身魚を使った御料理など、素材の繊細な味わいを際立たせます。

Producer/Brewery ( Shizuoka Prefecture/Hatsukame Brewery )

Founded in 1636 (Kan'ei 13), this is the oldest sake brewery in Shizuoka Prefecture, located in Fujieda City. It was one of the first breweries in the country to start making ginjo sake, and in 1967 (Showa 42), it won first place in three major sake tasting competitions, instantly making it famous nationwide.
