"Ichinen Fudo," a unique brand of "Horaisen Ginjo Kobo," is based on the concept of traditional sake that brings out the full flavor of rice.
This product is based on the concept of "the best sake that a master brewer strives for," and is a Junmai Daiginjo brewed from "Yume Sansui," a rice variety suitable for sake brewing developed in Aichi Prefecture, polished to 30% and carefully aged to create a flagship product with a strong sense of purpose.
It is a drink with a subdued, calm taste, a smooth and light mouthfeel, and a rich flavor.
We recommend serving it lightly chilled and pairing it with light-tasting snacks. It is also recommended as a gift for someone special.
