This summer-only product is "Soft and Refreshing Tokusteamed Taimei," made by taking the luxurious middle layer of the Tokusteamed Taimei undiluted sake tank, known as "nakatori," and adding water to finish it.

The alcohol content has been adjusted to a low 19% so that it can be enjoyed on the rocks or chilled during the hot summer.

A shochu brewery in Bungo-Ono City, Oita Prefecture, founded in 1929 (beer has also been brewed since 2022).
Since its founding, the company has been committed to making everything by hand, producing products that make the most of the umami, aroma, and flavor of barley.
