This luxurious plum wine is made by steeping Nanko plums from Oyamacho, Hita City, Oita Prefecture, a plum-producing region, in "Tokusumi Taimei" sake. It is stored in a tank for about six months, resulting in a plum wine with a gorgeous aroma and rich flavor.

A shochu brewery in Bungo-Ono City, Oita Prefecture, founded in 1929 (beer has also been brewed since 2022).
Since its founding, the company has been committed to making everything by hand, producing products that make the most of the umami, aroma, and flavor of barley.
