This barley shochu retains the deep flavor of "Tokumushi Taimei," which is distilled at atmospheric pressure, while pursuing a light aroma and a clean finish. It is made using only the most luxurious part of the barley, known as "nakatori," and is aged in tanks for over six months. It will be available for a limited time from winter to spring.
With an alcohol content of 22%, it is perfect for mixing with hot water (6 parts shochu to 4 parts hot water).

A shochu brewery in Bungo-Ono City, Oita Prefecture, founded in 1929 (beer has also been brewed since 2022).
Since its founding, the company has been committed to making everything by hand, producing products that make the most of the umami, aroma, and flavor of barley.
