Unlike the normal pressure "Tokumushi Taimei," Bahha is a barley shochu distilled under reduced pressure, and while it has the characteristic barley aroma of our brewery, it also has a refreshing taste, making it suitable for everyday drinking in the evening or as a drink with meals.
It has no strong flavor, so it's perfect for mixing with carbonated water. It also goes great with kabosu or lemon, both specialties of Oita.

A shochu brewery in Bungo-Ono City, Oita Prefecture, founded in 1929 (beer has also been brewed since 2022).
Since its founding, the company has been committed to making everything by hand, producing products that make the most of the umami, aroma, and flavor of barley.
