Kaiun Junmai Yamadaho Unfiltered Raw Sake (brewed in 2024)

Kaiun Junmai Yamadaho Unfiltered Raw Sake (brewed in 2024)

静岡県/土井酒造場

"Yamadabo" is a type of sake rice that was cultivated in Hyogo Prefecture during the Meiji and Taisho eras, and is known as the mother of Yamada Nishiki, the king of sake rice. Cultivation has resumed in recent years, but the harvest is still small, so only one tank is brewed each year.
Its soft, full-bodied flavor, reminiscent of Yamadanishiki sake, and its clear, crisp finish are its charms. You can enjoy the youthful freshness and clarity that is characteristic of unfiltered sake.
